Tripel Plukker

Tripel Plukker is a blond top-fermented beer that's brewed with only one hop variety. This is a typical Belgian tripel with a smooth taste and not so high alcohol percentage which makes it easy drinking. 

We brewed our Tripel Plukker for the first time on March 14, 2015.

Appearance
orange coloured beer; fine white head
Nose
malty nose with hints of ripe exotic fruit and yeast
Taste
fresh-sweet start; full flavours with ripe fruit (banana), malt and yeast, soft finish with some bitterness
Pairing
rather fat (grilled) fish or fish in cream, white (grilled) meat, salads, slightly spicy food, (grilled) summer vegetables
