All Inclusive

The name "All Inclusive" refers to the fact that all the hop varieties that are grown on the farm are used in this beer.
This beer used to be brewed once every year to celebrate the end of the hop harvest but since 2022 it has become a year-round beer.

The combination of the different hop varieties, supported by the malts and alcohol, give this beer a strong and rich taste.

We brewed this beer for the first time in 2014.

Appearance

deep gold beer; firm white head with a good cling

Nose

some bread, grassy and some resin, citrus, fruity (pear, banana) and spicy aroma, also some floral and even honey-like touches

Taste

full mouth feel, little grassy, some (malt) sweetness, herbal and fruity aromas alternate, soft bitterness to round off the blanket; long aftertaste with fine hop aroma's and bitterness

Pairing

apéritif/terrace with some tapas, will also fit together with vegetables, poultry or fish in (cream) sauce, grilled (red) meat, grilled vegetables, baked cheeses, cheese- and meat dishes, light exotic/spicy meals
